One Question Changed Everything
It started with a simple message: "Did you move today?" That question hit differently. Not because it was clever or motivational — but because someone cared enough to ask it every single day. A co-worker would call or message me just to check in. No judgment. No pressure. Just: "Did you move?" At first, I didn’t take it seriously. Sometimes I ignored it. Other times I made excuses. But over time, something shifted. The repetition. The accountability. The fact that someone was checking in — it built a system around me. And with that system, I began to move. Slowly. Reluctantly. But consistently. I started walking more. Then working out a little. I stopped seeing movement as a massive, intimidating task and started seeing it as a daily commitment — like brushing your teeth. Something small. Something non-negotiable. And the results? I lost over 25 kilograms. I felt sharper, more focused, more alive. But more than that, I felt like I had control again — over my habits, my energy, and my direction. That’s why I created Did You Move? It’s not a coaching service. It’s not about motivation hacks or fitness trends. It’s about consistency, simplicity, and support. Every day, I call you and ask one question. No sales. No lectures. Just a small nudge in the right direction. Because sometimes, that’s all we really need.
